Experience the charcoal-grilled flavors of Ember & Spice in the comfort of your home or office. We take meticulous care to pack every meal in premium thermal-insulated containers to ensure hot, crisp, and fresh delivery.

1. Delivery Coverage & Hours

• Primary Zones: Dhanmondi, Lalmatia, Mohammadpur, Panthapath, Green Road, and adjacent areas in Dhaka.
• Operating Hours: Delivery orders are accepted daily from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Estimated Times: Standard delivery time is 35 to 55 minutes, depending on traffic conditions, distance, and kitchen grill volume during peak dining hours.

2. Packaging & Thermal Preservation

All grilled kebabs, steaks, flatbreads, and sauces are packed in eco-friendly, food-grade thermal containers designed to lock in moisture and heat while preventing steam sogginess.

3. Dine-In Takeaway / Curbside Pickup

Self-pickup orders are prepared within 20 to 30 minutes. You will receive an SMS when your order is packed and waiting at our dedicated reception counter at Road 27, Dhanmondi.
