Welcome to Ember & Spice. By accessing our website, placing an order for pickup or delivery, or making a dining reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Dining Reservations & Seating Policy
- Grace Period: We hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time. If your party is delayed, please notify us immediately; otherwise, the table may be released to waiting walk-in guests.
- Large Groups & Events: Parties of 8 or more guests may require advance pre-order confirmation or a deposit during peak weekend hours.
- Dress Code & Conduct: We cultivate an upscale, relaxed ambiance. Smart casual attire is encouraged. Management reserves the right to refuse service to disruptive patrons.
2. Online Orders & Pricing
- All prices listed on our menu are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to applicable government VAT and statutory taxes.
- Menu item availability and prices are subject to seasonal market changes without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to unavoidable kitchen constraints or delivery zone limitations.
3. Food Safety & Consumption
Our dishes are prepared fresh to order using open wood and charcoal fire. For optimal flavor and safety, delivered meals should be enjoyed promptly upon arrival.
